Simulation study on clogging of suspended particles in in-situ leaching of uranium at different concentrations and flow velocity

چکیده
Clogging problem has become one of the key problems restricting mining efficiency in-situ leaching uranium, and related research on law mechanism physical clogging not been reported. In order to identify understand complicated mechanism, experimental device is established simulate caused by suspended particles in uranium process, under different concentrations velocity flow are studied. The results show that with concentration increasing from 100, 200, 300 400 mg/L, permeability porous media gradually decreases, phenomenon becomes more obvious. When size small 15 mL/min, medium will appear clogging, while 25mL/min, whole slowly internal deposition clogging. solids larger rate 9, 12, 15mL/min, higher velocity, faster be, backwash can alleviate surface but cannot change final result.
